Anyways.. I wanna share some steps for preventing the infection of Bird Flu as was posted in a document which was distributed to all American citizens in Jordan by the American Embassy in Jordan.

Consider:

• SOAP & WATER: hand washing can be very effective.
• Wash eggs lightly in soap and water when bring them home
• HAND SANITIZER
• WASH DOOR KNOBS & other things regularly touched
• COOKING to 80 C kills it but freezing does not
• AVOID birds including droppings, feathers, blood, skin.... Jordan Valley is susceptible.
• Get the regular flu vaccine to keep immunity boosted
• Chicken Swarma okay hut not the juices

And a hotel reservation is for 5000 – 7000 JD's
